Claude Opus 4.7 speeds robot tasks 20 × in Anthropic’s Project Fetch
Anthropic tested its latest Claude Opus 4.7 on a quadruped robot and found it completed the Phase Two tasks about 20 times faster than the best human team from the previous year. The model still can’t autonomously fetch a beach ball, but the gap between LLM‑assisted and fully autonomous robot control is shrinking fast.
