Nscale shells $1.65B Anyscale to own AI workload scaling
British AI neocloud Nscale is buying Anyscale for $1.65 billion, giving it native software to schedule and scale large‑language‑model workloads across data centers. The deal expands Nscale’s vertically integrated stack—from energy and infrastructure to workload orchestration—letting it sell a full‑stack AI compute solution. Anyscale will keep its brand and 200 staff.
