ASML partners with Tata Electronics to localise chip‑making gear in India
ASML and Tata Electronics signed an MoU to deploy ASML’s advanced lithography suite at Tata’s new 300 mm fab in Dholera, Gujarat. The deal targets local talent development, supply‑chain resilience and faster ramp‑up of India’s first commercial large‑scale chip plant, a key step in the country’s push for semiconductor self‑reliance.
