Kubernetes v1.37 deprecates kubectl run -f, kills ipvs mode, ends cgroup v1
The v1.37 preview flags three breaking moves: the `kubectl run -f` shortcut is retired, static pods can no longer pull Secrets or ConfigMaps, and ipvs mode in kube‑proxy will be disabled by v1.40 and removed by v1.43. At the same time cgroup v1 support will default‑fail, forcing clusters to switch to cgroup v2 or add an override.
