Gateway API v1.6 adds GA L4 routing with TCPRoute & UDPRoute
Gateway API v1.6 graduates TCPRoute and UDPRoute to the Standard API, giving production‑grade L4 routing for raw TCP and UDP workloads. Now databases, DNS, gaming or IoT services can plug into a Gateway the same way HTTP does, cutting the need for bespoke Service or CRD hacks.
