Cloudflare’s AI Codex blocks 16k merges by catching 250k standard violations
In the last four months Cloudflare’s AI‑powered code reviewer flagged almost 250,000 deviations from its engineering standards and automatically blocked 16,000 pull‑requests from being merged. The same Codex‑driven system has already reviewed around 600 technical design specs, tightening consistency and freeing engineers to focus on higher‑level decisions.
