Oracle blocks AI‑generated code from OpenJDK contributions
Oracle's new interim policy forbids any OpenJDK contribution that includes code or text generated wholly or partially by large‑language‑model tools. Developers may still use AI to debug, review, or research, but must not submit AI‑produced material. The move aims to protect IP, security and quality in Java's core ecosystem.
