Bundling Azure Pipelines Node task with esbuild reduces package from tens of MB and thousands of files to three files, slashing per‑task download + extract from ~4.5 s to ~0.25 s (≈17× faster). This speeds pipelines, cuts agent startup cost, and needs only ~20 lines of build changes.
