Anthropic eyes $6B Decart deal to slash AI compute costs
Anthropic is in advanced talks to buy Decart AI for roughly $6 billion. Decart’s software makes chips run AI models more efficiently, cutting training and inference costs. The deal would give the Claude maker a cheaper compute base just as it ramps up demand ahead of its upcoming IPO.
