Dynatrace Bets $915M on Arize to Close the AI Agent Observability Gap
Dynatrace agreed to acquire Arize for about $915M in cash and stock, combining Arize's model evaluation and agent-trajectory tracing with Dynatrace's app and infrastructure telemetry. The goal: give SRE and platform teams a direct path from a failed transaction back to the prompt, agent actions, and tool calls that caused it.
