Linear's data: AI adoption doubled everywhere, but product teams led the surge
Linear examined AI feature usage across tens of thousands of software teams from January to June 2026 and found active users doubled in every function. Product climbed fastest (12% to 34%), and CEOs at 201+ person companies nearly quadrupled their own usage, the biggest jump of all.
