Incident.io killed its Pub/Sub single point of failure with NATS and zero downtime
Incident.io added NATS as a second message broker and built an active-active load balancer that routes traffic between both, ridding its event-driven platform of a single point of failure. The payoff: they fully disabled Google Pub/Sub in production with zero customer impact.
