Munder Difflin turns your coding agent into an office of always-on clones

Munder Difflin is an open-source, local-first harness that takes the terminal coding agents you already pay for (Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Kimi, Copilot, a dozen more) and turns them into a self-coordinating team of clones. Each agent gets an identity, long-term memory, a mailbox, and a desk on a Pixi.js office floor; your clone "Michael" routes work between them and only escalates to you when a human call is needed. Everything runs on your hardware with your keys, so the office keeps working while you sleep. It is the most charming take yet on agents-as-coworkers, and the README shows the harness engineering (PTY plumbing, lifecycle hooks) that keeps the whole floor from collapsing.
