The anonymous coding model that shot to the top of OpenRouter with a 1M-token window and zero cost has finally owned up. Z. AI (Zhipu) confirmed to Bloomberg that Ox Alpha is the next GLM-series iteration and will release its weights tonight. For developers, that means the benchmark-crushing model becomes fully open and self-hostable, not just free behind an API.
