The JTBD co-creator built Vocation, a coach that guesses why you want to leave
Bob Moesta, the co-creator of Jobs-to-be-Done, and Cliff Maxwell turned a decade of interviews into Vocation, a career-navigation platform that avoids job postings entirely. It first makes you define what "progress" means — what pushes you out, what pulls you — before prototyping moves. Built on 1,000+ interviews, it's a research-backed career coach, not self-help.
