Stream a 104GB Qwen off your SSD: ~12 tok/s on a 48GB Mac
slotstream is a single Swift binary that streams a 125B-parameter Qwen MoE (104GB at 4-bit) off your SSD, so far-less-RAM Macs can still run it. On a 48GB Mac it hit ~12 tok/s warm decode at 32GB peak, with a ~2s start: only the 3.8GB trunk loads. It speaks the Ollama and OpenAI APIs, and doctor simulates your machine's plan before you download. Reality check: only the 48GB row is measured; the rest are estimates.
