TPU kernel tuning gets an agentic search loop

TPU kernel work usually bottlenecks on scarce compiler and hardware expertise, not on writing code. MaxKernel turns that tuning process into three agentic modes, from human-guided iteration to autonomous, trace-driven search, then tests the approach across 50 JaxBench tasks and real open-source model workloads. The practical shift is significant: compiler feedback becomes the agent’s debugging and optimization signal, rather than a final check for a human expert.
