Astra for Law gives firms a legal search layer and workflow controls
OpenAI’s Astra for Law lets law firms and legal software companies build workflows on GPT-5 Astra with legal search, firm-specific tools, and controls for confidential client work. Its search index covers more than 230 million URLs across U.S. case law, statutes, regulations, court rules, and administrative decisions, with sources added daily. Firms can also connect ChatGPT to tools such as Relativity and Clio through 26 new ecosystem plugins.
