Notion makes shared agent skills editable by the whole team
Notion’s Skills API lets teams maintain agent instructions in collaborative Notion pages and databases, then load them into the tools they already use instead of locking them to one agent. A team can edit a skill in Notion, sync it to GitHub, and keep native features such as menu invocation and admin installation controls in agent apps including Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok Bot. Permissions, suggested edits, version history, and usage analytics add governance.
