Datasette plugins gain background tasks as a newline bug fix closes leaks

Datasette 1.0a40 lets plugins run supervised, long-lived background work outside the request/response cycle, while fixing a table-permission bypass that could expose private rows when a requested table name ended in a newline. Plugins register work with add_background_task(), Datasette launches it after startup hooks, shows its state at /-/tasks, and gives each task five seconds to shut down cleanly. The release also adds a POST endpoint for counting filtered rows and switches the client API from httpx to httpx2.
