Meta AI exposed how family posts can become child profiles
A Meta AI prompt on a Facebook video led to a profile of a mother’s children, including names, birth dates, videos, and older family photos, showing parents how years of posts can be stitched together for someone with access. The system also pulled clues about the mother’s past and current location. Meta said the prompts should never have appeared and that it fixed the issue.
