Anthropic gives vetted defenders reduced blocking across three access tiers
Anthropic’s expanded Cyber Verification Program gives qualifying security professionals access to its most capable models with reduced cyber blocking, so vetted defenders can do more security work than generally available models allow. Applicants choose among three tiers based on their work and verification requirements: Defense Access covers tasks such as incident response and vulnerability analysis, while higher access adds authorized penetration testing. Every tier includes models such as Claude Opus 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5.5.
