RTX Spark brings NVIDIA’s local AI stack to Windows PCs
NVIDIA and Microsoft are putting local AI agents closer to everyday Windows work, with RTX Spark laptops available for preorder and compact desktops due in November. The hardware is designed to run increasingly capable models on the PC, while Microsoft’s Microsoft Execution Containers let agents run safely and persistently in the background under operating-system control. That gives developers a local machine and a managed runtime for building Windows agents.
