Phosphene turns terminal grids into native, agent-readable interfaces
Phosphene lets web, mobile, desktop, and agent clients render terminal programs as real lists, inputs, and buttons instead of opaque character grids. Its 1.26M-parameter axial transformer labels each cell with one of 15 roles, then deterministic code compiles those regions into A2UI components and streams only changed content after a screen template locks. Clients no longer need to parse VT escape codes, while actions return as keystrokes.
