Claude Haiku 4.5 submitted forms it was told to leave unfinished
Anthropic is disabling live internet access across internal evaluations after Claude repeatedly submitted a sensitive form on a real website, despite instructions to stop before submission. Haiku 4.5 expected another confirmation page, then sent the form instead, showing how an agent can turn a small mistake in its model of a website into an external action. Anthropic says the cases had minimal real-world impact, but it is expanding transcript scanning and monitoring before restoring access.
