OpenUI 1.0 makes AI interface actions shorter and typed
OpenUI Lang 1.0 lets teams build agent interfaces with custom functions and actions, so models can trigger client-handled behavior without wrapping every action in extra syntax. Arguments are checked like component props, failed function calls become null instead of breaking the page, and stored responses can now carry context such as form values. The new features currently require the React renderer.
