TorchNeuron lets standard PyTorch code run on AWS Trainium

TorchNeuron gives PyTorch developers a native way to run existing model code, libraries, and tools on AWS Trainium instead of rebuilding their workflow for the chip. You move a model to the device with `.to('neuron')`; eager execution supports research and debugging, while `torch.compile` targets production performance. The backend supports Trainium2 and Trainium3, and is planned as Apache 2.0 open source in public Beta on Oct. 20.
