MCPGuard finds hidden SDK rule gaps that black-box tests miss
MCPGuard gives MCP developers a way to test whether SDKs enforce the protocol’s written rules, not just whether endpoints respond. It compares JSON Schema constraints and normative prose with SDK models and code, then builds proof-of-concept tests for suspected omissions. On the official Python 1.26.0 and TypeScript 1.29.0 SDKs, it confirmed 13 and 19 findings, respectively, that two black-box baselines did not expose.
