Acadia compiles typed, functional DB code to SQL for SQLite
Acadia, now in public alpha, is a typed, functional language that compiles to SQL: custom types, compiler-verified migrations, and end-to-end type safety for SQLite-backed apps, with better errors instead of runtime type surprises. It's a fresh answer to hand-written SQL for a database that famously checks types late.
