The newsletter
- Not getting emails? Check spam/promotions and confirm you clicked the confirmation link from your first email. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it.
- Change or cancel? Manage your subscriptions, or use the one-click unsubscribe in any issue's footer.
The app
- Notifications. Turn the "briefing ready" alert on or off anytime from the Fields screen. If the switch won't turn on, enable notifications for LODE in your device Settings.
- Your fields, saved stories, and preferences live on your device — no account needed. They stay until you clear them or uninstall.
- Something looks off? Close and reopen the app; if it persists, reinstall. Then email us with your device and what you saw.
Your data
See the privacy policy for exactly what we collect and why. To access or delete your data, email [email protected] — uninstalling the app also removes everything it stored on your device.
